Day 0: Departure From Delhi to Guptkashi(Overnight Journey)

Reach our Boarding Place in Delhi and meet our Tour Leader. After receiving some basic information from our tour leader start your Journey to Kedarnath. Enjoy your journey with majestic views of mountains and the Ganga River.
Day 1 : Reach Guptkashi
After reaching Guptkashi check in to Hotel and enjoy some rest from a long journey. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Total Trek Duration:7-8 hr
After Breakfast, We will head to Sonprayag and do all the required registrations there.From there we would have to take Local taxi from Sonprayag to Gauri Kund.The Trek Starts from Gaurikund.

Day 3: Departure from Kedarnath to Rishikesh
After Breakfast, It’s time to trek down to Gaurikund and Reach Sonprayag through Local Taxis. Transfer to Rishikesh.On the way visit Dev Prayag. At arrival, check in to hotel in Rishikesh. Evening visit Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner).
Day 4: Back To Delhi

What is the History behind Kedarnath?
This Temple was built by Pandayvas, after the battle of Kurukshetra they went in the search of Lord Shiva but Shiva was hiding from them in the shape of Buffalo. When Pandavas reached Shivji even further, Shivji disappeared to hide from them. But, Bhima one of the Pandavas brothers tried stopping him holding Buffalo’s Legs and tails. Unfortunately, the lord Evaporated at that place and a hump was left which is worshipped as Kedarnath now.
